YOUR GUIDE IN NATURE, TEA & RITUAL
Slowness · Presence · Ceremony
Hello, I’m Diana.
I am a Circle Facilitator, Certified Forest Bathing Guide, and Tea Practitioner devoted to guiding others into deeper connection through nature, tea, ritual, and ceremony.

My journey has been shaped by a lifelong love of the natural world and a calling to live life as ceremony. Through years of studying nature connection, forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku), herbal medicine, tea traditions, and ancestral ceremonial practices, I have cultivated a path rooted in presence, slowness, and reverence for the living world.

Nature has been my greatest teacher. The forest taught me how to slow down, listen, and remember what truly matters. Time spent among trees and green spaces feels like soul medicine—inviting stillness, reflection, and wonder. This daily devotion to nature grounds me, nourishes my creativity, and allows me to share these experiences in an authentic, embodied way.

At the heart of my work is the weaving of mindfulness through nature, tea, ritual, and ceremony.
I create intentional spaces where slowness and stillness are honored, and where everyday moments become sacred. Whether guiding forest bathing walks, holding women’s circles in natural settings, or offering tea ceremonies rooted in ancient traditions, my mission is to gently guide others into presence—into connection with the Earth, with one another, and with their own true nature.

My path as a Tea Practitioner deepened through study and travel, including time in Japan, where I encountered tea as a living ceremony—one of simplicity, devotion, and deep listening. Tea, for me, is more than a drink; it is a ritual of remembrance, a bridge between human and nature, and a doorway into stillness. Through the art and ritual of tea, I invite others to slow down and reconnect to both Mother Nature and their inner landscape.

I feel called to create spaces where ceremony is woven into life—where joy, inspiration, and belonging naturally arise through mindful connection. My work is an invitation to remember, to soften, and to live in relationship with the sacred rhythms of the Earth.

Let’s rediscover our roots and embrace the quiet magic of nature together. I invite you to explore my offerings—Forest Bathing Walks, Tea Ceremonies, Nature Rituals, and Circles—each designed to nourish presence, connection, and soulful living.
